If your donation is to benefit a particular 1:1 Fund children's savings program, your personal information will be available to the program partner so they can provide updates on savers' progress to you.

We may share personal information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work with us to operate the Website and our business and who need access to such information. For example, we may use credit card processing companies to process payments and outside companies to deliver publications and other products and services offered by us. In addition, we partner with or organizations to provide specific information, site features, programs or services and will share information with them as needed in order to facilitate their provision of such items or services subject to this Policy. In some cases, we may contract with third parties to operate certain site features or functions that may directly collect personal information from you. In particular, processes all donations on the 1:1 Fund site and will collect personal information to complete your transaction. If your donation is to benefit a particular 1:1 Fund child saving's program, your personal information will be shared with this program partner so they can provide you with information related to your donation and share updates with you.

While third parties may share that information with us, we are not responsible for how they treat personal information. Information that is intended to be made public, including postings in forums or any other interactive areas of the Website or other information, is not considered personal information under this Policy.

We may also disclose personal information when we are required to, or we have a good-faith belief it is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this privacy policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our Company or our customers’ rights, property or safety; to protect our customers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our Website; or if we believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of personal information.
